Admission Process
Step 1. Initial Phone Call to the Anna Westin House
- During the initial phone call, our staff collects demographic and insurance information and answers preliminary questions. We will arrange a phone intake with a therapist for potential residents who seek admission.
- We send insurance information to our Patient Accounts and Utilization Review Manager for benefit review and determination.
Step 2. Intake with a Therapist
- We schedule a phone or in-person intake with the primary Anna Westin House therapist to discuss treatment needs, potential admission date, and particular resident needs. For adolescents, this intake includes parents. We encourage adults seeking admission to involve family members or supportive others in the intake.
- Releases and pre-admission documentation are requested.
Step 3. Pre-Admission Documentation and Releases
- You sign release(s) of information for any current outpatient team member(s) that you would like involved in or made aware of your care at the Anna Westin House.
